• Event Participation:

1. Participants must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by SwiftNlift Media Group for the business awards event.
2. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification or removal from the event without a refund.

• Chief Guest Change Policy:

1. There will be no refunds or reimbursements for changes to the confirmed chief guest.
2. SwiftNlift Media Group reserves the right to make changes to the chief guest without prior notice.
3. In the event of an unavoidable change to the chief guest, SwiftNlift Media Group will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused.

• Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be issued if the business awards show is canceled.
2. No refunds will be provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, changes in event details, or dissatisfaction with the event.

• Cancellation Procedure:

1. In the rare case of event cancellation, SwiftNlift Media Group will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible.
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

• Intellectual Property:

1. All rights, including intellectual property rights, related to the business awards event, its content, and materials are owned by SwiftNlift Media Group.
2. Participants are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any event materials without prior written consent from SwiftNlift Media Group.

• Liability:

1. SwiftNlift Media Group will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the business awards event.
2. Participants attend the event at their own risk.

• Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the business awards event will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.

• Modification of Terms:

1. SwiftNlift Media Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the event implies acceptance of the modified terms.

By participating in the SwiftNlift Media Group Business Awards, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification or removal from the event without refund.
